Course purchases
The Course comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us or contact Paddle to request a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
Subscriptions
Agent Store and Bundle subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the Paddle customer portal. The unused remainder of the current billing period is generally non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If you were billed by mistake, contact us and we will make it right.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
